Bolt/screw together, Quality factory sanded Knot Free Exterior Plywood, CNC Cut materials, Partially pre-assembled walls/Roof sections for the customer to assemble- Two length walls, One end wall, One doorway entry wall, Widthwise framed roof assembly, One pre-assembled insulated base/floor & hardware, pdf assembly manual.

-Vardo Cab weight upon assembly, Without trailer weight added # 698 LBS.

-Assembled Vardo, with Combined trailer weight # 1,073 LBS.

-Open framing interior for customer to finish to their likening. Exterior trim/edging & door Not included in kit. Edging Trim only available on Pre-assembled Vardo cabs

-Interior height 6’11”

-Suitable interior width for a single/full/double mattress

-Door Header Option- Arched or Standard Square Header Option-No Cost

-Sized perfectly for a standard 5×10 utility trailers With or Without side rails from any home improvement store.

-Each length sidewall is framed for a single standard Aluminum Rv window 30”Wx20”H (On Center) of the wall, Forward wall panel is framed for a single Aluminum Rv window 30H×24”W (On Center) of the wall. No window opening variations permitted/Requested.
